Welcome fellow boaters!
My name is Maurice Doran and I am the Commodore of Trident Yacht Club. I am glad to introduce you to our Club!
Trident Yacht Club (TYC) has been in continuous operation since 1964. It’s a friendly, family-oriented Club that has been a second home for its Members.
We are located on the beautiful and protected Bateau Channel of the St. Lawrence River between Kingston and Gananoque, offering easy access to the renowned Thousand Island cruising area as well as close proximity to Lake Ontario.
TYC offers great facilities for sail and power boaters alike, including well-maintained docks, a spacious Clubhouse with self-serve kitchen, event facilities, and beautiful shaded grounds with scenic views for relaxing with family and friends.
Our fees are competitive, and membership include full use of all Club facilities, docks with power and water, free pump-out and parking, as well as reciprocal privileges at many other Lake Ontario and St. Lawrence River yacht clubs.
There is also a full calendar of fun social, cruising, and racing events. I would like to point out that 2024 will be an extra-special year for our members as we celebrate Trident Yacht Club’s 60th anniversary.
I invite you to explore our website where you will find more details about our Club facilities, and membership advantages. I think once you have seen what Trident has to offer, you’ll want to stay.
Maurice Doran, Commodore (2023 – 2024), Trident Yacht Club
